*ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS ALLOWED AT ANYTIME ON THE PROPERTY. HUNTERS please call to discuss all options for your stay. If you or one of your guests is caught with an animal, you and all of your guests will be asked to leave immediately. You will not be refunded any of your rental fees. *Please be respectful of all other guest and help keep the cabin as well as the property picked up.
*Put all trash at the end of your stay in the green dumpster located near the entrance of the property.
*All furniture in the cabin must stay in the cabin at all times.
*NO disposing of any type of animal carcass in the property dumpster.
*NO smoking of any kind (e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, etc.) inside the cabin.
*All wildlife (fish, deer, birds) needs to be cleaned off premises.

Whatever you would take to a normal camping trip you would need to bring here. Such as pillows, sheets, blankets, toiletries, trash bags, napkins and anything else you may think you need to make your stay comfortable for you and your guest.
*Please bring your own lawn chairs for sitting outside, the 6 chairs in the cabin must stay in the cabin.
*If you want to use the grill you will need to bring charcoal.
*THERE ARE NO WEATHER SHELTERS ON THE PROPERTY CURRENTLY PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

We have a 3 night minimum stay for peak months. We take reservations for next year December 1st. Call for availability and pricing. If you are booking cabin #1 or #3 and want the optional full 50 amp electrical hookup with water and sewer hook ups for your personal RV for an additional fee let us know at the time of booking. These can not be rented with out renting cabin #1 or #3. To book your stay a 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The other 50% is due the week of your stay.

After final payment is received you will be provided with a 4 digit code that is only for you and your guest during your stay. Please remember this code during your entire stay.
*CHECK-IN IS AT 3PM OR AFTER.
*CHECK-OUT IS AT 12PM.
*Please put all trash in the green dumpster located towards the entrance of the property.
*There is a broom and dust pan behind the bathroom door. There is also a small vacuum in the utility room in the bathroom.
*Please turn air conditioner and lights/fans off upon leaving.
*In winter months, please leave heat set at 60 degrees.
*Windows and doors need to be closed and locked.

We accept Venmo or Cash App with no convenience fees at this time. We also accept credit cards with a convenience fee added to the total amount put on the credit card. We can send a secure link to you by text message to pay by credit card. The price sent to you will include the convenience fee. We can also manually input your credit card by phone this also will include a convenience fee.
